Cashew nuts- 1 cup
Pista - 1 cup
Whole milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
For Garnishing:-
Saffron - 6 to 7
Chopped cashew nuts - 1/4 tsp
Chopped pista - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Almond - 1/4 tsp
Seasame seeds
Preparation:-
- Soak cashew and pista in warm water . Leave it for an hour.
- Grind the soaked cashew and pista with some milk to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Now boil the milk and add sugar and the cashew pista paste.
- Boil on low heat until the required consistency is obtained.Let it cool.
- Garnish with Chopped pista/Cashew/Almond/, Seasame seeds and saffron.
- Serve hot or cold.
