Blueberry Lemon Sorbet



Ingredients:-
Fresh or frozen blueberries - 2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Honey/Sugar - 2 tsp
Lemon zest - 1 tsp
Fresh lemon slices - 2 or 3
A pinch of salt




Preparation:-
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour blueberry mixture in a freezer safe container and  freeze until firm , at least 2 -3 hrs.
  3. Place 2 scoop in a serving dish and garnish with lemon zest and blueberries.
  4. Serve immediately.
