Ingredients:-
- MTR ready made gulab jamun mix
- water – little
- milk – little
- ghee – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder a pinch
- Oil for frying
Preparation:-
Sugar Syrup: water – 1 cup , sugar – 1 cup
- Heat the pan and add water ,when it starts boiling add sugar and mix well.
- Keep stirring, till you get a thread-like consistency.
- Add cardamom powder to this and mix well.
- Knead the mix gently with little water and little milk.
- Grease your hands with ghee and start making small balls of the mix .Be sure no cracks forms and the balls are smooth.
- Fry in low to medium heat oil.
- Fry all the balls till golden brown.
- Add the fried gulab jamun into the warm sugar syrup.
