Ingredients:-
Dosa Batter - 3 cups
Seasame Oil - 10 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped Green chilli - 1 tsp
Chopped Tomato - 1/2 cup
Shredded Carrot - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves chopped - 4 stalk
Idly podi - 2 tsp
Preparation:-
- Heat dosa tawa in medium flame.
- Drizzle 2 drops of sesame oil over the tawa.
- Take 1/2 cup of Dosa batter and spread evenly (as the uthappam is much thicker).
- Pour oil on uthappam circumference.
- Now spread the chopped vegetables evenly on the uthappam, and gently press it down with the ladle.
- Close the lid and allow to cook for 2 min.
- Next, flip over and similarly roast the other side.
- Serve hot with Coconut chutney, Sambar or garlic chutney.
