Apple Shrimp Skewers
- Skewers- 3 nos
- Apple , small-1
- Jambo shrimp - 12-15 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
- Grated garlic - 1/2tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Mint , finely chopped - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Soak skewers in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Whisk together the olive oil,pepper powder, cumin powder, garlic, red chilli powder, lemon juice, shrimp and salt in a small bowl.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an indoor grill/tawa for medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and apples alternately on soaked wooden skewers.
- Cook the skewers on the preheated grill until the shrimp are opaque, about 5 minutes per side.
- Garnish with sliced lemon and chopped mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
