Cinnamon Hot chocolate

 


Ingredients:-
✔️Whole milk - 2 cups
✔️Cinnamon powder -1/2 tsp
✔️Dark chocolate - 6 squares
✔️Sugar as per your taste



Directions:-
✔️ In a saucepan , combine milk, sugar and cinnamon over medium-low heat until almost boiling.
✔️Add chocolate, stirring until fully melted. 
✔️Whisk until frothy and serve immediately.
  


  

Blueberry Glazed Donuts / Doughnuts

 




Ingredients

  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Active dry yeast -1 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar-1/4 cup
  • Eggs , large - 2
  • Unsalted butter, melted - 1/2 cup / 1 stick
  • Pure vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg- 1/4 tsp
  • Salt -1/4 tsp
  • All purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Vegetable oil - 1tbsp
For blueberry Raspberry Glaze:-

✔️Confectioners sugar - 1cup
✔️Whole milk - 1/4 cup
✔️Blueberry Raspberry puree- 1cup
✔️Pure vanilla extract- 1tsp


Instructions:-

(A) Prepare the dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk and allow that to stand for about 5 minutes .
  • Add the eggs, melted butter, vanilla, nutmeg and salt. Beat it on low speed for 2mins .
  • Now add flour and beat on medium speed until the dough comes together and knead by hand on a lightly floured surface for 2 minutes.
  • Place the dough in the large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rise in a room temperature for 1-2 hours .







(B) Shape Doughnuts: 
  • When the dough is ready, remove it from the bowl and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it is 1/2 inch thick.


  • Cut into 3-inch rounds, then use a 1-inch cutter for the donuts holes and re-roll the scraps and cut more.  

  


  • Arrange the donuts on a baking sheets lightly dusted with flour.
  • Let them rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
(C) Fry the donuts:

  • Heat oil in a bottomed pan. 
  

  • Use a metal spatula to transfer the donuts to the frying pan.
  

  • Fry it or until golden brown.
  • When they're golden brown on the bottom, flip it and let them fry another few minutes until brown on the other side.
    

  
  • Remove from the oil and put them on a rack. Repeat with the remaining donuts. Let it cool slightly then glaze.

  • (D) Blueberry Raspberry Glaze:-
  • Mix together powdered sugar, milk, blueberry Raspberry purée and vanilla extract.
  • Dip warm doughnuts to glaze. Let them cool on rack.
  • After about 20 minutes, the glaze will set.



(F) You can create any other flavored donuts too.

Homemade Glazed Donuts



Ingredients

For vanilla cinnamon Glaze:-

  • Confectioners sugar - 1cup
  • Whole milk - 1/4 cup
  • Pure vanilla extract- 1tsp

Blackberry ICE CREAM

 


Recipe 👇
Ingredients
✔️Blackberries- 1 cup
✔️Condensed milk/heavy cream -1cup
✔️Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
✔️Sugar- 1/2 cup
✔️Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
✔️Egg yolks - 2
✔️Salt - a pinch



Instructions
✔️Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until it turns smooth. Set aside.
✔️In a sauce pan , add heavy cream/ condensed milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, and salt.  Stir over low heat.
✔️Once the milk has begun to boil, add egg yolk mixture into it . Continue to cook over low heat. using a wooden spoon to stir constantly.
✔️Cook it until the mixture turns thick cream and chill for at least 1 hour.
✔️ Now place the blackberries and vanilla extract in a food processor and process until smooth.
✔️ Pour the berry mixture into the cream mixture and mix well.
✔️ Transfer the mixture in airtight container.
✔️ Freeze it for at least 8 hours or overnight.
✔️ Blackberry ice cream is ready and serve cold.



Fresh Pomegranate Juice


In a blender , add pomegranate seeds and blend it well. Strain the mixture through a strainer and pour into glasses and serve.

Easy and healthy Egg and Chicken bacon burger (sandwich)



INGREDIENTS
* 2 large eggs * 4 slices bacon
* 4 burger buns * Mayonnaise for spreading (as needed)
* 1 avacado (cut into slices) * 1 small onion( cut into slices)
* 1 tomato (cut into slices) * Few spinach leaves
* Salt and pepper



INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the bacon in a large sauté pan set over medium-low heat until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel.
Crack the eggs into the pan and increase the heat to medium. Sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper and salt and fry them until the whites are fully cooked.
Toast the buns then immediately spread the mayonnaise on one piece of bun. Arrange the eggs , bacon and sliced vegetables and then top second piece of bun. Serve immediately.
