- Boiled boneless mutton , Ground - 1 lb
- Onion, chopped - 1 big
- Garlic , chopped - 10 cloves
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves, chopped - few
- Green chillies, chopped - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves, chopped - few
- Roasted channa dal flour - 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying
