๐ธ Combine the milk , sugar and rose syrup in a small bowl and set it aside.
๐ธPreheat oven to 350 degrees .
๐ธBeat together the eggs, sugar and butter until you get a creamy texture.
๐ธ Add the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture and mix until the flour is fully incorporated.
๐ธ Then add milk , rose syrup and pink food color mix until combined. You can just use a spoon for the mixing and do it gently being careful not to over mix.
๐ธ Gently pour the mixture into the cake pan.
๐ธ Bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
๐ธWhen the cake is baked, let it cool down completely in the pan. Use a fork to make holes on top of the cake.
๐ธ Pour the rose milk over the cake.
๐ธ Cover the cake and keep it in the fridge for at least an hour so that the cake can absorb all that rose milk.
๐ธ Finally, spread the some pistachio and dried rose petals on top of the cake.
๐ธ Refrigerate for a few hours and serve chilled.
