Ingredients:-
- Italian Bread (Pane Turano) - 4 slices
- Eggs - 3 nos
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Iceberg Lettuce - 2 leaves (separated and rinsed)
- Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Avacado, peeled and chopped- 1
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
Preparation:-
1. To make Guacamole:-
- In a food processer, add avacado, onion, tomato, capsicum, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, lime juice and salt and process until they are chopped as finely as you want. Keep it aside.
2. To make thin Egg omelette:-
- In a bowl, crack eggs and then add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, milk and salt and mix well with a fork.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Grease with butter or oil.
- Pour into a hot pan and tilt pan to spread egg into a large circle on the bottom of the pan.
- Let cook 20 seconds.
- Carefully flip with a large spatula and let cook another 20 seconds.
- Remove from pan.Keep it aside.
3. To make Guacamole & Egg Sandwich:-
- Heat a dosa tawa/ flat skillet and toast the sandwiches with ghee or butter.
- Spread guacamole inside the one slice of the bread surface.
- Fold egg omelette to fit bread and then add this on top of the guacamole.
- Top with lettuce leaves and Close seal it with another slice.Press slightly.
- Remove the bread from the pan.
- Slice and Serve hot.
