Ingredients:-
Potatoes - 3 nos
Onion - 1 sliced
Tomato - 1
Green chillies- 3 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Chappati - 3 nos
Salt
Spicy Powder:-
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
For Seasioning:-
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
For Garnishing:-
Sliced fresh Onion Rings
Chopped coriander leaves
Preparation:-
- Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistles, until done and Mash roughly. set aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds , cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and fry for a second.
- Add ginger garlic paste and onions and fry till it turns translucent.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder and mix well for few minutes.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 5-6 minutes.
- Then add the potatoes and salt.Mix well.
- Add about 1/4 cup of water and cook for a minute.
To prepare rolls:-
- Take a chapati, spread the potato masala in a line down the middle.
- Roll and serve with more sauce of your choice.
- Garnish with Fresh onion rings and coriander leaves.
