Aloo Chappati Rolls


Potatoes - 3 nos
Onion - 1 sliced
Tomato - 1
Green chillies- 3 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Chappati - 3 nos

Spicy Powder:-
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

For Seasioning:-
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

For Garnishing:- 
Sliced fresh Onion Rings
Chopped coriander leaves

  1. Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistles, until done and Mash roughly. set aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds , cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and fry for a second.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and onions and fry till it turns translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder and mix well for few minutes.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Then add the potatoes and salt.Mix well. 
  7. Add about 1/4 cup of water and cook for a minute.
To prepare rolls:-
  1. Take a  chapati, spread the potato masala in a line down the middle. 
  2. Roll and serve with more sauce of your choice.
  3. Garnish with Fresh onion rings and coriander leaves.
