Oven Fried Chicken Wings with Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce


For the Chicken:

  • Fresh chicken wings, rinsed - 4 pounds
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp    

Buffalo Wild Wings Sauces:- 
  • Thai Curry sauce- 4 tbsp 
  • Mango Habanero sauce- 4 tbsp 


  • Clean the chicken wings. Marinate these with turmeric powder and keep aside for 5-10 mins. Wash chicken wings again and pat dry before cooking.  

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine together Chicken wings, olive oil, lemon juice, all purpose flour and baking powder and toss until well coated with the flour mixture.  

  • Place into the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  • Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet rack. 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees .
  • Bake the wings for 1 hour. 

  • Turn wings over and bake for 15 more minutes or until crispy and done.   

  • Toss wings in Buffalo Wings Sauce to coat.
  • Serve hot with Lettuce Salad or veggies.

  • Buffalo wild wings selling their sauce separately in their shop. We bought it there. :)

Lettuce Salad with Olive Garden Italian dressing

  • Lettuce, chopped- 1 cup
  • Onion, sliced - 1/4 cup
  • Spinach leaves, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Beetroot, finely chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Croutons, garlic and butter flavoured- 1/2 cup
  • Olive Garden Italian dressing - 3 tbsp   

  • In a large glass or wooden salad serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, onion slices, spinach, beetroot, and croutons  
  • Pour italian dressing over lettuce mixture; toss to coat.  
  • Serve immediately.

Capsicum, Tomato and Onion Pizza

  • Milk - 1 cups
  • Unsalted butter - 1 stick (melted 1/2 cup)
  • Italian Seasioning - 2 tbsp
  • Instant yeast - 1 packages ( 4 tbsp)
  • All purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion, Sliced- 1 nos
  • Tomato, silced- 1 nos
  • Capsicum, sliced - 1 nos
  • Mozarrella cheese, grated-  1/2 cup
  • Olive oil- 1 tbsp

  • In a bowl, add milk, butter, italian seasioning , yeast, all purpose flour and salt. Mix well.  

  • Using electric beater, combine all the ingredients until the flour forms a smooth dough that is slightly sticky to the touch.  

  • Cover and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
  • Once the dough has risen, remove the dough from the mixing bowl and transfer to a well-floured surface.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a larger rectangle, approximately 12 inches wide by 20 inches long. 

  • Transfer dough to the prepared nonstick baking tray and stretch it to cover tray, pressing dough into corners. Brush dough evenly with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and cover with silver foil. Set aside until slightly risen, about 20 minutes.  

  • Remove foil wrap from the pizza dough and spread tomato sauce over the pizza dough, then place slices of onion and capsicum and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Place slices of tomato over the pizza and then sprinkle with remaining cheese.  

  • Place the pizza on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for about 15-30 minutes, until the crust is crispy and lightly browned. 

  •  Remove the pizza from the oven and carefully slide the pizza onto a cutting board. Slice into pieces and eat!

Guacamole & Egg Sandwich

  • Italian Bread (Pane Turano) - 4 slices
  • Eggs - 3 nos
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 2 leaves (separated and rinsed)
  • Pepper powder- 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Avacado, peeled and chopped- 1 
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - as needed 

1. To make Guacamole:-
  • In a food processer, add avacado, onion, tomato, capsicum, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, lime juice and salt and  process until they are chopped as finely as you want. Keep it aside. 

2. To make thin Egg omelette:- 
  • In a bowl, crack eggs and then add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, milk and salt and mix well with a fork.  

  • Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Grease with butter or oil.  
  • Pour into a hot pan and tilt pan to spread egg into a large circle on the bottom of the pan.
  • Let cook 20 seconds. 
  • Carefully flip with a large spatula and let cook another 20 seconds.  
  • Remove from pan.Keep it aside.
3. To make Guacamole & Egg Sandwich:-
  • Heat a dosa tawa/ flat skillet and toast the sandwiches with ghee or butter.    

  • Spread guacamole inside the one slice of the bread surface.  
  • Fold egg omelette to fit bread and then add this on top of the guacamole.  
  • Top with lettuce leaves and Close seal it with another slice.Press slightly.     

  • Remove the bread from the pan. 
  • Slice and Serve hot.
