Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice




Ingredients:-
Cooked rice-  2 cups
Shrimp, peeled - 15-20 nos
Garlic - 5or10 nos, finely chopped
Eggs - 2 , lighly beaten
Chopped cabbage - 1 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper- 1 cup
Chopped Beans - 1/2 cup
Red chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Peas - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Scallion - 1
Seasame seeds - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp



Preparation:-
  1. Heat oil in a wok .Scramble eggs. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the wok; add shrimp, salt, finely chopped garlic and pepper powder and saute until its cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
  3. Reheat the wok until hot, add ginger paste and chopped garlic and saute for 2 minute. 
  4. Add cabbage and saute 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add green bell pepper, beans and peas and saute for two minutes. 
  6. Add cooked rice and toss well until heated through. 
  7. Now add Oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce and stir-fry for about a minute. 
  8. Add scrambled egg , lemon juice and salt and toss well.
  9. Seasioning with pepper powder, seasame seeds and red chilli flakes.
  10. Garnish with chopped scallion and serve.

Apricot mint juice


Ingredients:-
Apricot - 4 nos

Mint - 1 spring
Sugar/Honey - 4 tsp
Salt to taste



Preparation:-
  1. Remove the pits from the apricots and cut into four pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender; process until blended. 
  3. Pour over ice in glasses. 
  4. Enjoy !
