Ingredients:-
- Scallops - 1 lb
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Onion paste - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
- Broccoli florets - 1 cup
Preparation:-
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli florets, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the pan; Set aside.
- Then heat oil in the same frying pan. Add onion paste and minced garlic ,stirring periodically, for 5 minutes.
- Add the scallops and cook, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes.
- Add red chilli flakes, pepper powder, soy sauce and salt, stirring periodically, for 4 minutes.
- Remove the scallop stir-fry from heat.
- Serve immediately, with mashed potatoes and stir fry broccoli.
