Stir Fry Scallop Broccoli with Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients:-
  • Scallops - 1 lb
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Onion paste - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Broccoli florets - 1 cup

Preparation:-
  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. 
  • Add broccoli florets, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the pan; Set aside.   
  • Then heat oil in the same frying pan. Add onion paste and minced garlic ,stirring periodically, for 5 minutes.
  • Add the scallops and cook, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes.   
  • Add red chilli flakes, pepper powder, soy sauce and salt, stirring periodically, for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the scallop stir-fry from heat.
  • Serve immediately, with mashed potatoes and stir fry broccoli.
