Wheat Tortilla Veggie and Pinto beans Wrap


Ingredients: 

Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Warm water - 1 cup
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Cucumber - 1
Spinach - 1 cup
Sliced onion - 1
Sliced tomato - 1
Pinto beans - 1 cup
Reduced fat cream cheese - 2 tsp

Preparation:-



Prepare wheat tortillas:-
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. 
  2. Add warm water, Knead with hands until a smooth dough.
  3. Cover dough balls with plastic wrap and let rest at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll it into a circle and Grill on both sides. Set aside.

Prepare rolls:-
  1. Boil pinto beans along with salt and pepper. Cook until its done.
  2. Spread tortilla with reduced fat cream cheese.
  3. Top with cucumber slices, onion, tomato and spinach and roll up.
  4. Serve immediately.
