Ingredients:-
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - 1 tsp
Grated garlic - 1/2 tsp
Vegetables ( Carrot, Capsicum, Zucchini, Purple cabbage, green cabbage) - 2 cups , cut into a long thin strips ( Julienne cut)
Preparation:-
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and fry until light golden color.
- Add all the vegetables and fry for 2-3 mins. Don't overcook the vegetables
- Finally add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Turn off the flame and Serve hot.
