Dahi Vada/Thayir vada


Ingredients:-
Medu Vada / Ulundu Vadai - 3 or 4 nos
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Chopped cucumber - 1/4 cup
Coriander/Mint chutney - 1 tsp
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Sev - 3 or 4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste



Preparation:-
  1. Combine the curds , chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.
  2. Place 3 vadas on a serving plate .
  3. Now , pour tempered curd over the vadas. Let it  soak for 15 mins.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves, carrot,cucumber, coriander/mint chutney and sev .
  5. Serve immediately.
