Vegetable & Egg Fried Rice


Basmati rice - 1 Cup

Olive oil -2 Tablespoon 
Beans - 
Chopped Carrot - 1⁄2 cup
Chopped cabbage - 1 Cup 
Capsicum - 1⁄4 cup
Chopped Onions - 3⁄4
 Peas - 1 Cup 
Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon 
Ajinomoto - 2 Pinch
 Pepper powder - 2 Teaspoon 
Tomato sauce - 1 Teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
SaltTo Taste
 Egg - 2


1. Cook rice in rice cooker with 1cup rice:2 cup water along with salt.

2.Make scrambled egg with a tsp oil and a pinch of salt and a pinch of Pepper powder.
3. Cut all the  vegetables (carrot, beans, onion, cabbage, capsicum) and make it ready.
4. In a big pan pour oil,  onion,chopped garlic,minced ginger, green chilli ,saute well.
5. Add cabbage and saute for few seconds and then add capsicum, carrot, beans ,and fry till the vegetables are 3/4 th cooked. 
6.Add in the soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar , saute well.
7.Add cooked rice, pepper powder , salt and Ajinomoto to this and mix all. Add the scrambled egg and mix well.
8.Saute for few seconds and remove it from the stove. Garnish it with Spring onions.
9.Serve hot with any chicken or kurma item .
