Ingredients:-
Idlis - 6
Cookie Cutter ( Heart shape)
Food color ( Red and Green)
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Water - 4 tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation:-
- Take a Bowl, add corn flour and water and beat well.
- Divide the corn batter into 2 bowls.
- In one bowl, mix red food color and salt.Set aside
- In another bowl, mix green food color and salt.Set aside.
- Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out the Idlis. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Dip idlis into green or red batter till it completely coated.
- Turn flame to medium heat & fry them till its done.
- Serve them hot with Sambar and Chutney.
