Ingredients:-
Chapathi - 4
Onion, chopped - 1 cup
Tomato , chopped - 1/2 cup
Green chilli , chopped- 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Eggs - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation:-
- Cut the Chapathi's into thin strips.set aside.
- Heat a tsp of oil in a wok, add Cumin seeds, followed by the Green chilli, Curry leaves and Ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Then add Onion and Tomato. Saute for another few more minutes.
- Now add Chapathi strips to this. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Break and add the 2 eggs.Sprinkle some salt over it and scramble the egg.
- Then add Chilli powder, Garam masala and Turmeric powder and stir for a minute until it well mixed up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
