Ingredients:-
Skinless and boneless Chicken breast - 1 cup
Green bell pepper [ sliced into bite-size pieces] - 1 cup
Tomato [seeds removed; sliced into bite-size pieces] - 1 cup
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Salt
- Cut the Chicken into small cubes and marinate with the ingredients for 2-3hours.
- Heat oil for deep frying in a wide bottomed vessel and drop in the chicken pieces slowly into oil.
- Remove the fried chicken and set aside.
- Take bamboo Skewers and thread the chicken , Green bell pepper, onion and tomato onto a screwers.
- Repeat again then end with a chicken piece.
- Serve hot with the peanut sauce.
