Ingredients:-
Cooked rice- 2 cups
Shrimp, peeled - 15-20 nos
Garlic - 5or10 nos, finely chopped
Eggs - 2 , lighly beaten
Chopped cabbage - 1 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper- 1 cup
Chopped Beans - 1/2 cup
Red chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Peas - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Scallion - 1
Seasame seeds - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Preparation:-
- Heat oil in a wok .Scramble eggs. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the wok; add shrimp, salt, finely chopped garlic and pepper powder and saute until its cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Reheat the wok until hot, add ginger paste and chopped garlic and saute for 2 minute.
- Add cabbage and saute 5-10 minutes.
- Add green bell pepper, beans and peas and saute for two minutes.
- Add cooked rice and toss well until heated through.
- Now add Oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce and stir-fry for about a minute.
- Add scrambled egg , lemon juice and salt and toss well.
- Seasioning with pepper powder, seasame seeds and red chilli flakes.
- Garnish with chopped scallion and serve.
