PANEER RASAGULLA

 


Ingredients :-


For paneer:-
Milk - 1/2 gallon or 2 ltr
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

For sugar syrup:-
Sugar - 10-15 tsp or 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Rose water - 1 tsp



Instructions :-

To make paneer:-

🍯Heat milk in a sauce pan and let it come to a full boil.
🍯 When it starts to boil, add in the lemon juice and stir gently until the curd separates.
🍯Switch off the flame.
🍯After 30 minutes, start to knead the paneer, till it turns out smooth .
🍯 And then make small balls of paneer and keep aside.

To make sugar syrup:-

🍯In a pan add sugar and water then mix well. Switch on the stove now place a pan and cook the sugar syrup.
🍯Mix well the sugar syrup and wait until the sugar dissolves, after 5 minutes add rose water essence and cardamom powder and mix well.
🍯Boil the sugar syrup for 15 minutes and
drop the paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup.
🍯Cover and boil for 15 minutes until paneer is cooked well.
🍯keep aside and serve rasgulla at room temperature.
