1. Grilled shrimp:-
Ingredients:-
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Onion , Ginger garlic , corainder leaves - Grind it like a paste.
Soy sauce and Vinegar.
Preparation:-
- Marinate shrimp with Onion paste, Chili powder, Brown sugar, Vinegar, Soy sauce, toss well to coat.
- And rest it for half an hour.
- Grilled it.
2. Corn Relish:-
Ingredients:-
Corn - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1
Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Spring onion - 2
Peanuts(crushed)-2 tsp
Co.Leaves- handful
Black pepper- a pinch
Salt- 2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic chopped - 2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Brown sugar- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Heat the oil in Skillet.
- Add g.g(chopped), capsicum, jalapenos , cook until soft but nut brown.
- Increase heat to high and add onio, pepper(capsicum),mushroom,corn, tomato, cook until the vegetables most of the juices evaporate, 3-5 minutes.
- Add brown sugar, salt, vinegar, chilli sauce & black pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 min.
- Stir in peanut and cilantro.
- Will keep in fridge for 5 days.
- Serve hot with grilled shrimp.
