I made this grilled shrimp skewers with olive oil, honey, lime , garlic and red chilli sauce . These sweet chilli lime shrimp skewers is made on the grilling skillet. Our all time favorite dish... Perfect recipe for Summer.
Ingredients- Skewers- 3 nos
- Zucchini-1, sliced
- Jambo shrimp - 12-15 nos
- Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Grated garlic - 1/2tbsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste

Preparation:-
- Soak skewers in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Whisk together the olive oil,honey, garlic, red chilli sauce, lime juice, shrimp and salt in a small bowl.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an indoor grill/tawa for medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and zucchini alternately on soaked wooden skewers.
- Cook the skewers on the preheated grill until the shrimp are opaque, about 5 minutes per side.
- Garnish with sliced lemon and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
