Kari dosai is Madurai’s one of the famous food in Konar kadai(Mess).
Ingredients:-
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Mutton Sukka Varuval - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Cilantro - few

Preparation:-
- Mix the Mutton Sukka Varuval with the eggs beaten and combine well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a tawa and take a ladle full of dosa batter.
- Pour Dosa batter on tawa and spread it into a circle ( like Uthappam).
- Pour the Mutton Egg mixture and spread on dosa.
- Sprinkle the oil and cilantro around the dosa.
- Cook the other side for a minute.
- Serve Hot.
