Kari Dosai ( Mutton)

 Kari dosai  is Madurai’s one of the famous food in Konar kadai(Mess).



Ingredients:-
Dosa Batter -  1 cup
Mutton Sukka Varuval - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Cilantro - few

Preparation:-


  • Heat oil in a tawa and take a ladle full of dosa batter.
  • Pour Dosa batter on tawa and spread it into a circle ( like  Uthappam). 





  • Pour the Mutton Egg mixture and spread on dosa.
  • Sprinkle the oil and cilantro around  the dosa.
  • Cook the other side for a minute.
  • Serve Hot.
